Device telemetry from the hardware you connect a Bokseek to on your own network — hashrate, temperature, fan speed, uptime, pool and firmware information, and local identifiers such as IP and MAC address.

Basic technical logs needed to run the service (sign-in events, error logs).

To show your monitoring dashboards, generate charts and health scores, and send the alerts you configure.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

We use only essential cookies — the session cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

Data is stored on our infrastructure and kept only as long as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account and its data at any time.

A Bokseek discovers and monitors devices reachable on the network it is plugged into. You may connect a Bokseek only to networks and devices you own or are explicitly authorized to monitor. Using it to observe infrastructure you are not authorized to access is prohibited.

You can access, correct, or delete your account data. Contact us and we will act on your request.
